Newly designed headlamp makes the cab more vivid. It adopts the international popular crystal lamp shell with high brightness, strong penetrability and long life.

Steering wheel

Reading lamp

The steering wheel is made of soft plastic material with better feeling. It is adjustable forward and backward ±5°, upward and downward 25mm to fit for different size of driver.

Provides convenient book reading and onboard working with smart design and better lighting performance.

Sleeper

Large glove box

The sleeper of HOWO heavy duty truck is 600mm wide. It has aluminum alloy framework with light weight and better rigidity, which can relieve the fatigue efficiently. And the upper sleeper can be lifted to any angle.

HW79 high roof cab is equipped with large glove box, the basic configuration of the high roof cab includes onboard fridge.

Seat-patent

Front pedal

Embodies the human engineering principle. Electrical heating device inside of the cushion and backrest. High backrest with air cushion on the waist position , the upper side is adjustable.

Used for the customer to step on to clean the front windscreen, which can be turned in the middle of front bumper.

Four points air suspension

Doors and steps

Four points floating air suspension shock absorbing device to optimal shock absorbing under different kinds of road conditions; it is stable and comfortable and can reduce the fatigue of the driver efficiently securing the driving safety.

Particular door opening and closing mechanism; 90°maximum door opening angle; two side handles and two anti-slip stainless steel steps, which make the door opening and vehicle getting on/off more safety, convenient and ergonomic.

Cab ventilation system

Sun roof

Cab ventilation system can keep the air cycled inside of the cab with the door and windows closed through front and rear panel ventilation port; the heating air ducts reach to both sides doors for defrosting to the windows quickly.

It allows the air exchanging between outside and inside.

Large tool box

Cooling/heating AC system

There is a 180L large size tool box on the side of the driver of the body. It is convenient for the driver keeping all kinds of tools.

Vehicles with power above 290PS are equipped with AC system, which is power controlled to control the temperature automatically.

CAN intellectual electric control system

The suspension, with new structure and technology is divided into construction vehicle and highway vehicle.

Intellectual electric control system can realize the monitoring to vehicle running status, controlling of intellectual low temperature start to air intake heating system, displaying of digital information to the combined instrument and self inspection functions.

Battery box

Newly designed battery box can reduce the weight. It is used on the exported vehicle broadly.

The vehicle adopts self-developed connectors which meet the international level avoiding the problem of non-matching with the connector produced by different suppliers

Double pipe cyclone air duct

Oil bath air filtering

Normal highway vehicle adopts double pipe cyclone air duct filtering device with normal air filter.

The construction dumper adopts double pipe cyclone air intake duct filtering device with oil bath air filtering device, which can improve the phenomenon of engine early worn and oil burning obviously when the vehicle works in a bad environment.

Quick insert connector in the brake pipeline

Vertical muffler

Brake pipeline, by adopting the world advanced quick insert connector, increases the air tight performance and prolongs the pressure keeping time for the brake system.

Vertical muffler provides more choices to the customers.

Combined pedals

Reinforced rim for tipper

Combined pedals make the structure more reasonable and the functions more perfect.

Reinforced tipper rim with HQ mark recently. this rim adopts new material and new structure with the number of wheel hand hole changing to 10 from 5.

Propeller shaft

Aluminum alloy fuel tank

The connection discs are 180mm which make the torque transfer ability, reliability and interchangeability better; the diameter of the shaft pipe is φ120mm that can meet the requirement of transferring big torque.

400L D shape and 300L square aluminum alloy fuel tank for different vehicle type and for different transportation distance. It accords with the international prevailing trend.
