1.      Please must not only clean out the air conditioner system, but also replace the drier, the throttle tube, the accumulator and the expansion valve. If we don’t conform to the above regulation, the compressor is possibly damaged again.

2.      When we reassemble the air system, the pipes must be connected firmly and reliably .

3.      Pay attention to the vacuumization quality. The vacuum meter’s volume is 99.6kpa(747.8mmHg),and keep the pressure for more than three minutes . If the degree of vacuum drops more than 5mmHg after three minutes, it shows the system is leak and after examining it ,again vacuumize it. In order to discharge water, please continue vacuumizing it for ten minutes after it reaches the degree of vacuum .(not including the three minutes on keeping pressure)

4.      When installing a compressor, we must equalably tighten it’s bolts, make belt pulley axle and engine axle parallel , all belts level ,and make the belts’ strain suitable. (The belt is pressed down 10-14mm when we press a belt for ten kg in the middle of it with thumb)
